Bad Girls #1: Girl Power - Lauren has just moved into San Narciso. It's the first day of school. She runs into Ronald who falls on his face in front of the stairs. Big jock guys go stick Ronald's head in a toilet. There's something mysterious about the toilet water. At lunchtime, Lauren is sitting at the Bad Girls' table, so they bug her until she leaves. In science class, Lauren is partnered with Ronald to do a lab. Their lab project explodes. Simone tosses Lauren a fire extinguisher. Lauren and Ronald get a detention. Outside, the Bad Girls talk to Lauren about blowing up the lab, then a teen club. They drink the toilet water that Ronald has, thinking it was Lauren's drink. Ronald tells Lauren that the strange drink gives girls superpowers. At the danceclub, Lauren learns that the girls now have superpowers and are being even worse jerks than when they didn't! Ronald says Lauren has to become a superhero to stop them, but will she do it? Issue released August 6, 2003.

Bad Girls #2: Party Girls - Club Trystero is closed for repairs, so all the teens of San Narciso are bored to death. Lauren and Destinee exchange celphone numbers. Destinee points out Jessica to Lauren, and explains that Jessica is a slut. Jessica kisses Ronald in the hallway then goes into the bathroom. Lauren is concerned for Jessica's reputation, so she goes in the bathroom to talk to her and finds Tiffany, Brittany, and Ashley. No Jessica. Brittany reveals that she disguised herself as Jessica to pull a prank. Later, in science class, Ronald is acting all happy and wierd. Lauren tries to tell him what really happened, and he accuses her of being jealous. She gives up and storms off. Ronald is happy as ever and finds more purple toilet water outside. Elswhere, two guys who look like detectives are investigating the damage at Club Trystero. At school, Tara tells Tiffany that she's having a party at her house. The Bad Girls decide to go. Later, Lauren struggles with her conscience again and finds Simone at a second hand clothing store. They talk and she asks Simone to come to Tara's party. The bad girls are preparing for the party by stealing money and getting beer. At the party, Lauren watches as all the teens go nuts. Simone shows up. Tara is panicking because her house is being trashed, so Lauren goes to find Tiffany. She finds the girls and tries to imply that they could do good things with their powers, like get the crown to simmer down. They think about being famous and continue to party. Ronald shows up at the party and gets hit by the real Jessica. Ronald and Lauren go into the kitchen to talk. Tiffany grabs Lauren and they go on the roof where Ashley throws her into the pool. Kyle, some jock, jumps from the roof too and breaks his leg. Meanwhile, Tara has called 911 and a bunch of police show up and end the party. The Bad Girls get away. Next morning at school, Lauren is hearing everybody's minds and it's wigging her out!

Bad Girls #3: Mindfield - Ronald daydreams about being a super hero team with Lauren. She yells at him and finds out he spiked her drink with purple toilet water! She's wicked pissed. In the bathroom, Destinee, Ashley and Brittany discuss what they've done. Brittany tricked the secretary so all the Bad Girls would get excused absences. Ashley canceled gym class by warping the volleyball net poles. Destinee stole the civics homework, so no one would have to do it. Tiffany shows up. She shopped in New York for herself and got nothing for the girls. In the hallway, Lauren reads all the girls minds and realizes they're all pissed at Tiffany. She listens to music to keep voices out of her head and gets sent to the principal. There, she realizes how she can use her mindpowers to get out of trouble. She spends the day making happy teachers. Later, she and Simone hang out. Simone learns of laurens powers and Lauren learns the hot guy simone hangs out with is Simone's brother, meaning he's available. Elswhere, the two detectives start looking for the Bad Girls, whom they've identified as suspects. Destinee, still mad at Tiffany, decides to shoplift some clothes. The detectives find her and chase her. Destinee turns invisible, but the detectives can her her shoes and chase her out into the street, where Destinee gets hit by an ambulance. She dies.

Bad Girls #4: Girl, Intercepted - The detectives identified Tiffany as one of the girls they were looking for. The remaining bad girls go to Destinee's funeral. They go shopping. Still at the graveyard, Lauren talk's to Trevor for a little while because he's creeped out by death. At school, Ronald lost his two rats. Ronald and Lauren blame each other for Destinee's death. Ronald doesn't trust Lauren. Later, Tiff approaches Lauren and tells her to keep their powers a secret. Lauren sets up a girl with her cruch in the hallway. Ashley approaches Lauren and tells her to keep their powers secret. The girl finds Lauren and says she has a date with her crush now. that makes Lauren happy so she spends the day being nice to people and feels popular. the science teacher has Ronald's rats. Tiffany has lunch at the mall where the detectives tell her they're hollywood agents and she's gona be famous. At school, Lauren is enjoying being popular through kindness when she reads Calebs mind and finds out he doesn't like her. she gets depressed and hangs out at the library. Simone comes over and asks her what's wrong. She mentions the whole powers thing. Simone reveals herself to really be Brittany who says she's gonna tell Tiffany that Lauren started all the rumors. Lauren goes looking for Tiffany to explain herself and sees Trevor, who was supposed to meet up with Tiffany, but Tiffany didn't show. Lauren finds Tiffany and the other Bad Girls arguing over what's more important, Tiffany's fame or Lauren's traitorism? Lauren comes in and tells Tiffany that Brittany tricked Trevor. Ashley was in on it and thought about what else Brittany did, showing Lauren why Caleb doesn't like her (more Brittany). All four fight and Lauren gets flung out a window several stories up. It looks like she's gonna die.
