This is Mirage the first character to change the trio of Dawson, Jesse and Leroy into a quartet. At least for the Another World comic. Her race from the island of Infinity is afraid of the beasts on the shore nearby, so they never leave their homeland. She however occasionally goes out to see the world outside the little island.
