This is a little used character. He's the star of a comic of the same name, in which a landlocked sailor inherits a boat from his uncle. When he moves his family cross country to live on this boat, he finds it's more than a little run down. Thinking though about sending it to Lattitudes and Atitudes. Maybe someday I will.
