USA - 2000 - More photos...

Above is a photograph of Downtown 'Nawlins' skyline on an
early December evening, as seen from Jackson Square...

S/S Natchez, at the famous 'Crescent' river
bend of the Mississippi River - the water is
nearly 200ft deep, and on the move !

My mum at the entrance to lovely 'Le Richelieu'
hotel in Rue Chartres in old French Quarter of
'Nawlins'...

The very famous Steam Organ of
the S/S Natchez...it is very loud !
- It is also being mentioned in Louis
Armstrongs book from 1954, 'My
Life In New Orleans'...

Yeah, it does look nice and quiet
- and for sure the swamp is a fantastic
natural phenomena...beautiful !

A hard to believe strike of luck...because of the sunny
weather, this 'gator', despite it being bloody cold, showed
his pretty smiling face...sitting on a 7-8ft body. Swimming
here is at own risk...besides Alligators, Snapping Turtles,
up to 500 pounder Garfish aka 'Alligatorfish', various
species of snakes and spiders inhabit the swamps...

I love this photo, so it has a special frame...visiting old
San Francisco Plantation, after the visit I had the opportunity
to take this nice photograph - the woman is actually
the local tourguide...

My mum at the Mississippi State
Welcome Center on December 24
- the Danish Christmas...
