My old friends Tove 'Nick' Pahl and her husband, Hans, moved from Denmark to USA in the 1950's, and it was a big wish of mine, to see them, and see how Danish people, living in the States had their lives...and they have excellent lives...! - I was terribly pampered, with freshly cooked lobster, sightseeing trips, Danish style lunch with beer, 'snaps', pickled herring on dark bread and of course' leverpostejsmadder' - Sadly both of the old people died in the meantime...'Nick' nearly 80 years old, and Hans, the former racingcardriver, died very recently, well into his 90's
