WILL OF JOHN M. SAEMANN

Sheboygan, Wisconsin
2 January 1886




I, John M. Saemann Sr., of the City of Sheboygan and State of Wisconsin, having in view the uncertainty of human life do make, publish and declare this instrument to be my last will and testament in manner following:

First. I will and direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my personal estate.

Second. I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Christina, now the widow of Louis Loebs, the sum of Three Hundred Dollars.

Third. I give and devise to my child with whom I may reside or be with at the time of my death the sum of Fifty Dollars.

Fourth. All the residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal I give, devise and bequeath to my three sons viz. John Saemann, W. C. Saemann, and J. M. Saemann Jr., to be divided among them so that my said son J. M. Saemann Jr. shall receive the sum of One Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars less than each of the other sons.

Fifth. I will and direct that the share of any deceased child shall go to the issue of such child and if there shall be no issue then to the widow or husband of such deceased child.

Sixth. I nominate and appoint my said son W. C. Saemann the executor of this my last will and testament.
