"Love bears all things, believes all things,
hopes all things, endures all things.
Love never ends."

Maria: We have those strawberry muffins that you love so much. (Ben smiles) What? What are you smiling about?
Ben: Nothing, nothing...
Maria: No, what is it? [You asked for it, woman!]
Ben: It's just you said strawberry muffins.
Maria: Yeah, and what about them?
Ben: It just reminded me of the first day Meg came to Sunset Beach.
Maria: Oh.
Ben: She, ah, mistakenly thought Casey was the man she's been talking to on the Internet, so she baked him these muffins, knowing how much he - rather I - liked them and poor Casey had an allergic reaction and ended up in the hospital. (Maria has a fit to be tied) Maria? [ I said you asked for it]
Maria: No, I mean, here we are miles away in Palm Springs in a place that holds so many wonderful memories for us and all you can think about is Meg! [EXACTLY!]

Ben: I'm happy to see you remember. That's... that's what we hoped for after all.
Maria: Well, for me, but not for yourself. I mean, you worked so hard for so long to put our good times behind you.
Ben: That's right and it's... it's not easy letting it back in.
Maria: Because of your feelings for Meg.
Ben: You keep forcing me to say this and I know it must hurt you. The truth? Yes, because of my feelings for Meg. I love Meg.

Ben: I don't believe it.
Meg: Ben?
Both together: What are you doing...?
Ben: Never mind. I know why you're here. (Meg gives him a strange look) What? You didn't come to Palm Springs to see me?
Meg: What? You think I followed you here? Give me a break! I cannot believe you sometimes!
Ben: Why? Because I made a little assumption?
Meg: Oh, that was more than just a little assumption! How could you think that I was doing anything like that?! That was the stupidest thing you've ever said to me!
Ben: Oh, go on why don't you tell me how you really feel.
Meg: You know what, I am the one who suggested you spend more time with Maria, why would I say something like that and then come after you?!
Ben: You changed your mind?
Meg: I NEVER changed my...!  DON'T you say anything!
Ben: Well, on the supposition that you DIDN'T follow me to Palm Springs, what on earth ARE you doing here?
Meg: You know what? There are lots of reasons I could be here!  The desert sun, shopping, The Dinah Shore golf classic for instance maybe?
Ben: Oh, yeah, I forgot you're very handy with a nine iron.
Meg: For your information Mr. Evans, I am here for the same reason you are, to get away from Sunset Beach and...
Ben: And me?
Meg: And you!
Ben: Well, I hate to disappoint you, but for your information I didn't leave Sunset Beach to get away from anyone.
Meg: Oh, no! YOU just decided to go on a "get reacquainted trip" with your long lost wife!
Ben: Yes, as the matter of fact that's exactly what I did.
Meg: Oh, well, wow, great! Where is she?
Ben: Maria? She's back at the hotel. I went out to get us a bottle of port.
Meg: Well, that's just wonderful!
Ben: Yes, it is!
Meg: Why don't you pick up some roses while your out, Ben?!
Ben: Are you finished?!
Meg: No, you know what?! I'm tired of listening to you! Would you please just drive me to the nearest gas station?
Ben: Oh, that could be miles away.
Meg: FINE! FINE! You don't want to help me...
Ben: GET IN!
(the car won't start...)
Meg: This is a joke, right? Please, tell me that this is a joke!
Ben: You want a joke, I'll give you a joke. We're stuck!
Meg: What do you mean "we're stuck"?
Ben: Well, I'd say that's pretty obvious. Your car doesn't work and my car doesn't work.
Meg: What about your cell phone, does that work?
Ben: Yes, yes, that works.
Meg: Then why don't you use it to call us a tow truck?!
Ben: I can't.
Meg: Well, why "con't" you?!
Ben: Because it is at the hotel.
Meg: That was a brilliant thing to do.
Ben: Well, pardon me, but I thought I was running a quick errand.
Meg: Well, pardon me for ruining your perfect evening! Great! What am I gonna do now?
Ben: You are gonna stand here with me and we are going to flag down the first person who drives by.
Meg: Oh ho ho!! That is what YOU think!
Ben: Where are you going?
Meg: I'm going over THERE to flag down the first person that drives by!
Ben: Oh, and is being that close to me that terrible?
Meg: Yes, it is! No! Ben, it's just that I made a promise to myself to cut off all contact with you until you made a decision about Maria.
Ben: Oh.
Meg: But now it just seems like everywhere I turn there you are and...
Ben: And what?
Meg: And now here we are without anyway to call for help we're in the middle of nowhere and it's just great!  Things can't get much worse than this. ( lightning strikes and thunder roars and the sky opens up with rain)  I just had to open my big mouth, didn't I?

Meg: We can't just come in here like this. We're gonna get arrested for breaking and entering.
Ben: By who? By looks of this place no one has been here since Custer's last stand.

Meg: Look at this guy.
Ben: You might not want to annoy that little fellow.
Meg: Why?
Ben: That's a kaheena doll and if I'm not mistaken that... that was used to summon rain.
Meg: (looks at the doll) Did you have to do such a good job? (picks up the pot) Well, don't tell me this causes monsoons?
Ben: No that's a marriage pot. Navajo, I think.
Meg: Wow, I've never seen anything like this. I wonder why it has two spouts?
Ben: Well, one represents the man and the other represents the woman and the... the middle that, um, that holds the love they share and the saying goes when two people are destined to be together forever it will never run dry.
Meg: It's beautiful.
Ben: Yeah, beautiful. (he isn't talking about the vase) During the wedding ceremony the bride and groom both old the pot (his hand is touching hers now on the vase) and they recite a blessing it goes something like "Now there is no rain for one is shelter to the other. Now there is no night for one is light to the other and now there is no loneliness forever and ever". There is no loneliness... (Meg looks back and him and drops the pot)
Meg: Oh no!
Ben: It's okay. It isn't broken. It's like this thing can survive anything.

Meg: Are you sure that there isn't even a chip?
Ben: None that I can see. Not even a scratch.
Meg: I don't understand.  It fell so hard I... I... I don't see how it can make it through that.
Ben: Don't you? I think I do. [kisses!!!]

Meg: I don't ever want to leave here. Cause if we leave here... (Ben shhs her with his finger to his lips) Ben, no matter what happens I want you to know that I will always, always love you.
Ben: Meg, you're acting as if nothing happened here.
Meg: You're still married to Maria.  She's still in your life, she's in our lives. Nothing's changed.
Ben: Well, you're wrong.  Everything has.
Meg: Ben, do you know what you're saying?
Ben: Yeah, yes, I do.
Meg: Ben you said that everything had changed and...
Ben: I left with Maria earlier tonight to sort out my feelings for her.
Meg: That's my point.
Ben: But I'm not with Maria, am I?  I mean, we found each other under bizarre circumstances, we found each other again.
Meg: Yes, we did.
Ben: I mean, both our cars giving out, a freak storm, finding you, it's unbelievable.
Meg: You told me that fate wasn't our official construct.
Ben: I told you that? God knows I've been wrong before. I love you Meg. ONLY YOU! Deep down I've known that all along. There's no going back, too much has changed and I've changed with it. This is where I want to be for the rest of my life. With you.

Ben: The only thing I want you to think about is us.
Meg: That's the only thing I know.

Meg: Was it just a dream?
Ben: Well, I hope not. We're here together. And we're gonna be together.

Meg: Why don't you come back to bed?
Ben: There is nothing I'd like more than to stay here with you forever, or at least all day...
Meg: But...
Ben: I got someone jump start the cars.
Meg: Oh, how romantic.

Meg: Ben, do you...?
Ben: Shhhh. I regret nothing about last night. You hear me? Nothing. Believe me.
Meg: I do believe you. I really do.
Ben: Good. Because I love you with all my heart, Meg.
Meg: You have no idea how many times I wanted to hear you say that these past few weeks.
Ben: Yeah, well, these past few weeks all I've succeeded in doing was hurting both of you. I'll just have to make up for it. You'll get sick of hearing it.
Meg: That is absolutely impossible.

Meg: It's going to be hard telling Maria, isn't it?
Ben: Yeah. It's putting it mildly. I'd do anything not to hurt her. Anything except not follow my heart.

Meg: Why don't you go back and try to find her?
Ben: Why don't we both go back, huh? You go straight back to Surf Central and start packing. I want you to move back to our house as soon as we work this out.

Meg: I was in the middle of nowhere, and there was not one car that came by, not for a really long time. And then suddenly, out of the blue, there was Ben!
Sara: And then what?
Meg: And, ah, well, his car then wouldn't start and to make things even more bizarre there was this freak rain storm and, anyway, we wound up in this abandoned adobe...
Casey: Woah!
Sara: That is so romantic.
Meg: We realized that we were meant to be together and there was no other choice for either of us.

Ben: Last night, when I left the hotel, I ended up with Meg.
Maria: What do you mean you ended up with Meg?
Ben: Just that.

Ben: That's just it. I did get my answers that night. When I was with Meg, I finally... I knew it was where I was supposed to be.

Tim: Meg, what's going on? What's up with suitcases? Is everything okay?
Meg: No, everything's not okay. In fact, everything's perfect. Life couldn't be better.
Tim: What do you mean?
Meg: Well, the one thing that I wanted most in this world has come to me. Ben and I are back together.

Sara: Don't listen to him, Meg. You know when he sees you happy he'll say anything to ruin it, no matter how stupid. You've been through enough already.
Meg: You're right, I have been through enough. Enough to know that nothing Tim says makes a difference. Ben and I are together for good this time and nothing, absolutely NOTHING will come between us again.

Maria: How? Ben, I don't understand. Even after losing my memory and five years of my life, every minute something inside kept pushing me home - to you. Ben, I don't know you anymore, you're... you're just a stranger with somebody's face. What happened to you, Ben, what happened to the man I married?  The man I loved? [does getting his mind back ring a bell?]
Ben:  I know how hard this must be, Maria. If you never forgive me I'll understand. Just... Just know it isn't easy for me either.
Maria: It would have been impossible for the Ben Evans I remember.
Ben: Then I guess you're right. That's just it, I'm not the Ben Evans you married. But he did love you with all his heart enough to drive him to the brink of madness when he lost you.
Maria: Looks like he's doing just fine now.
Ben: Maybe, well, I couldn't have done it alone. Someone came into my life, Maria, when I least expected it and gave me hope and gave me a reason to live.
Maria: Meg.
Ben: Yes, Meg. And yes it hurts me to say it because I know you don't think so, but deep down I still care for you deeply.
Maria: Just not enough.
Ben: Enough to tell you the truth when I know there's no changing it.
Maria: Are you sure? I mean, isn't there the little tiniest bit inside you that wishes we could go back?
Ben: Not anymore. Going back would be denying who I am now.  When I lost you I was devastated, but I'm a different man because of it. Meg's my future, I know that now. She gave me back my life. Please try and understand, Maria, please, please try.
Maria: I do. Meg saved you.

Tim: This plan was so perfect, I was so close. All I needed Meg to do was see Ben and Maria going at it an doing the little deed, you know, and I would have been right back in this game.
Sara: What?!
Tim: Meg needs a man in her life, Sara. You know that. Once Meg saw Ben and Maria going at it, that would've given me the buttons that I needed to push with her again.
Sara: You unbelievable bastard! You told me that you needed time alone with her!!!
Tim: How do you think I was going to get it?
Sara: I didn't think you would go that far! How could you hurt her like that? How could you use me to do that?
Tim: Wait a second, Sara, I didn't use you. Come on, I would do anything to get her back, you know that. I didn't give you any details, cause you didn't want any details, so, wake up!
Sara: No! YOU wake up once and for all, you self deluded...! Ben and Meg are together where they belong. You don't have a chance with her and you NEVER EVER will! So, why don't you just stop making everyone's lives so miserable and go away! I can't even believe that you would do something that disgusting and that you would trick me into helping you.
Tim: Who do you think you are, Sara? Huh? Who do you think you are?! Ben and Meg are gonna to end up together. You're gonna be right back with Casey and it's gonna all be over. So where does that leave me? What do I get, huh? What do I end up with?! Nothing!
Sara: Nothing, yes, and you know what? This is exactly what you deserve! You made your bed and you can lie in it alone!

Casey asked Tim a question...
Casey: So you wanna tell me what you meant by that, Truman, or should I just choke it out of you? [I say choke it out]

Tim: (to Casey) You're real noble. But then again, I wouldn't expect anything less from an all American guy like yourself. It's just too bad you didn't hook up with the all American girl to create the perfect picture.

Annie: Ben! Ben! I could have told you ten minutes and a pair of pumps ago that Maria would never go back in the ocean! Not after she almost drowned.
Ben: Thanks for your expert opinion, Annie, but I'm afraid you're not in possession of all the facts.
Annie: Well, maybe I should. Maybe you should tell me why Maria was so upset that she just up and left. I mean, last I heard, you two were off to Palm Springs and everything was just fine.
Ben: I'm afraid it didn't quite work out that way.
Annie: I thought you two were getting back together?
Ben: We're not.
Annie: I thought you went to work out your feelings, Ben.
Ben: And I decided it's Meg I want to spend my life with.

Maria: You are not gonna talk your way out of this! I know you went down there to try and steal Ben away from me.
Meg: I did not steal Ben away from you! I didn't have to!

Maria: I love him, Meg.
Meg: So do I, just as much as you do.
Maria: But I am his wife!  [same old song, same old tune]
Meg: I was his wife, too!  And I want my husband back!

Maria: I can't fight anymore, don't you see, Annie? Ben loves Meg! He wants to be with her! He... wants to be with her...

Sara: (to Tim) I wish I could get that witch, Carmen, to put a hex on you!

Meg: We always knew that someone would end up getting hurt in this situation and I just thought It was always gonna be me.
Ben: Well, it's not.
Meg: She will never have another moment like this, see that look in your eye, feel your touch.
Ben: You have a lot of compassion for her.
Meg: Well, I know what she feels like imagining a future without you.
Ben: Well, having Maria going on thinking there might be something between us, I think that would have been worse.
Meg: Do you really believe that?
Ben: What I believe is you're the woman I love, Meg.
Meg: But, Ben...
Ben: Shhhh... We've wasted enough time already, let's not waste any more. [kisses!]
Meg: I like being like this again.
Ben: Well, that's all over. You and I are gonna be together forever.
Meg: Just in time for Valentine's Day!
Ben: I'm glad you mentioned that, cause I have a very big surprise for you.  [BIG BEN!]
Meg: Is it bigger than a bread box?
Ben: Much.

Tim: All right. I'm gonna be upfront with you for once. I want a job here.
Sara: So much about being upfront.

Carmen: Where is Ben?
Maria: Ben is with the woman he loves. The woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with.

Meg: Ben, what are we doing?
Ben: It's a surprise.
Meg: No, really, just tell me what we're doing.
Ben: Do you want to be surprised or not?
Meg: Um... Not!
Ben: Too bad.
Meg: Look, you know I love your surprises and you don't even have to tell me what the surprise is but just tell me where we're going. Ben: You'll see.
Meg: Ben Evans!

Carmen: But the cards, they tell the future.
Maria: Well, the cards are wrong. And so was I for thinking I could make Ben love me again.
Carmen: He does love you.
Maria: As an old friend, maybe. But it's Meg that he sees as his wife.

Meg: I cannot believe you. You actually brought me back here.
Ben: Well, I figured it had so much meaning for us we ought to pay it another visit.
Meg: I'm so happy we ran into each other on the road yesterday, that our cars wouldn't start, that we found this house.
Ben: We found each other? Well, this is where it happened. Right here. This is where I looked into those beautiful eyes of yours and knew it was you I loved, and knew it was you I had to be with.
Meg: You have no idea how much I've wanted to hear you say that.
Ben: Yeah, well, I only wish circumstances had enabled me to be that clear sooner. I could have saved you all those weeks of worry...
Meg: Look, we are together now and that's all that matters.
Ben: Thanks to a very romantic "casita".
Meg: It is pretty romantic, isn't it?
Ben: Yeah, that's why I bought it for you.
Meg: You what?
Ben: (goes to the bed and picks a small wrapped box up and gives it to Meg) Happy Valentine's Day.
Meg: (opens the box and there is a set of door keys in it) Ben, I cannot believe you did this.
Ben: Well, now we can come here whenever we like, remind ourselves how much we have and how close we came to losing it.
Meg: I love you.
Ben: Thank God you still do.

Meg: This feels so right.
Ben: You think so? Something's missing.
Meg: Like what?
Ben: Like these.
Meg: Ben, that's my wedding ring. How did..?
Ben: Well, I hope you don't mind, but I went on a little expedition and I came across these on your dressing table. I thought they might come in handy today.
Meg: Did you?
Ben: These belong on your finger, Meg, because in spite of the circumstances you are my wife and you gonna be for all time. So, will you do this for me? Will you give me the best gift I could ask for this Valentine? Wear these again?
Meg: There is nothing that I would love more!
Ben: And this time they "ain't" coming off.

Ben was windsurfing...
Meg: Well, you were pretty amazing out there, Mr. Evans. How about you teaching me a few of your tricks?
Ben: Well, if that's what you want. (He leans down and kisses her on the neck)
Meg: (pushing him away) I was talking about wind surfing.
Ben: Ah, wind surfing!
Meg: What? Are you afraid that I'll be better at it than you are?
Ben: Well, it's certainly gonna keep me up nights.
Meg: You know, I bet if I learned I might just even beat you in a race.
Ben: Now, you don't wanna go challenging me.
Meg: What, you think a woman can't beat a man?
Ben: Well, even if I did I wouldn't say so.

Ben: I won't lie to you, Maria. I'd like to marry Meg as soon as possible.

Carmen: I saw it over and over the cards, Maria. You and Ben will be together.
Maria: I think you're confusing me with Meg.

Maria: (gets the divorce settlement from Ben) You already signed it?
Ben: Yes, and once you do the same I'll have my lawyer file it with the courts and then...
Maria: ...and then that will be that.
Ben: We'll have our divorce, yes.
Maria: And you and Meg can get married right away. That is what you want, isn't it?
Ben: Meg and I haven't finalized any plans if that's what you're asking.
Maria: But you are thinking about it? Having a wedding right away.
Ben: The truth? We'd like to, yes.

Meg comes to her parents to tell them that Maria agreed to a divorce. She is all brightened up.
Joan: Well, there's only one thing I can think of that would make you this happy.
Hank: You met Garth Brooks?

Hank: She still loves the guy, doesn't she?
Meg: Yes, but she knows it's over between the two of them. She's finally accepted it.
Hank: Well, I'll believe that when she signs on the dotted line.

Joan: Oh, Hank, don't be such a downer.
Hank: Downer? You've been in California too long.

Ben: All I'm trying to do is give Meg some peace by asking Tim to leave. Now, why you insist on having him around is beyond me, especially after what he's put her through.
Hank: What he's put her through? What about all the things you've put her through?
Ben: What things, Hank?
Hank: You want me to make a list? Maybe you've got a couple of hours. Have a seat.

Casey: Maria agreed to a divorce?
Hank: Yeah, today, who knows about tomorrow!

Joan: Hank, if you say you're a fair man, then prove it. Why don't you give Ben the same second chance you're giving Tim. I mean, not that he needs it! He makes our daughter happy! We should thank our lucky stars for that!

Ben: Think I can manage to avoid him (Hank) until the wedding?
Meg: Sure, if we move to China.

Meg: You know I wish we could just speed up time and the divorce could be final tomorrow and we could be married tomorrow night.
Ben: It still wouldn't be soon enough for me.

Ben: Maria, you just told us you changed your mind.
Mutt: Not about the divorce, just about signing the papers.
Ben: Well, forgive me, but there's a fairly strong connection.

Meg: Thank you
Maria: For what?
Meg: For the greatest gift that anyone could have ever given me - Ben. [the way I see it he wasn't Maria's to give, but the line is nice anyway]

Meg: I have never been so happy in my entire life. We're getting married and nothing, nothing is gonna change that.
Ben: Nothing.

Ben and Meg are talking about what Meg should wear for her wedding:
Ben: Well, do you have a dress?
Meg: Ah... no.
Ben: No!
Meg: I can't wear the one that I wore before, I just... I can't and I wasn't planning on all of this and ... You know what, there's no time for me to go shopping.
Ben: (looking sad) I suppose you could get married in your jeans.

Ben surprises Meg with a dress made especially for the wedding:
Meg: I... I get it now.
Ben: A little slow we are today, aren't we?

Meg: You, Mr. Evans, are absolutely dreamy.
Ben: That's good, because I wanna make all of your dreams come true.

Meg: You take such wonderful care of me.
Ben: Well, I like to take good care of you.

Ben: Do we have a trousseau?
Meg: Yes, we do. Who would have known miss Kansas would have a trousseau to knock out the royals!
Ben: Well, you're gonna need it, cause I booked everything, dinners, tours, you name it. We're bringing more commerce to Venice than that city needs.
Meg: How are we gonna find time to do all that and have some private time on a one week honeymoon?
Ben: Who said anything about a week? I was thinking more on the lines of a month.
Meg: A month? Are you kidding me! Ben, you are amazing!
Ben: It's not every day you get to go on a honeymoon. And who knows, next time we go on holiday it might not be just the two of us if you know what I mean. I don't mean your mother or Sara by the way.
Meg: You want to start a family?
Ben: Well, I've always wanted to be a father. Now, later, whenever. As long as it's with you.

Meg: You know, you always surprise me bringing up things like starting a family.
Ben: Well, I mean, it is something we both want one day.
Meg: No, I, I, I know that, you know,  it just seems so distant, I guess.
Ben: Look, what I'm suggesting is that it doesn't necessarily have to be so distant.
Meg: How amazing would that be a baby!
Ben: We could... Well, we could give everything to our child, Meg. (they kiss)
Meg: Okay, sold.  Let's go make one right now... (knock on the door) ... or later!

Vanessa: I just got your message about the elopement. You romantic.
Ben: Well, I thought it was about time.

Vanessa: (to Meg) I'm just so glad that you don't have someone like Virginia threatening your happiness with Ben.

Meg: Gosh, I know exactly how she feels, that helplessness, that inability to make anteing you want happen... happen.
Ben: We're past that now.
Meg: I know. Maria isn't an obstacle for us anymore.
Ben: No one is. No one is gonna be again. I swear it to you.

Meg is putting on her wedding veil in front of a mirror. Ben walks in...
Meg: (jerking the veil off) Sorry, I know it's really silly, but I say it in the back of the closet and I, ah, it just reminded me of a lot of things, I'm not packing it, I know we're eloping to Venice, we're not going to have a full-blown wedding...
Ben puts his finger up to shush her and takes the veil from her putting it back on her head and kisses her.
Ben: I remember the first time I saw you in that veil, you were walking down the aisle towards me and I felt this indescribable happiness as if all my dreams had come true once.
Meg: I felt the same way.
Ben: Maybe they haven't, at least not until tonight.
Meg: I love the sound of that.
Ben: We're gonna have everything we were suppose to have Meg. All of it.
Meg: Yes, we will and NOTHING is gonna get in our way.

Sara: Looks like things are gonna work out for Ben and Meg, how they want, I mean, how we all want.
Hank: Now, I wouldn't go THAT far. (Joan gives him THE look) Now, don't you hang me!

Hank: I guess I was right about hiring you, huh, Tim?
Tim: Yeah, well try and say that to Ben. Not that I'm trying to bash the guy or anything.
Joan: Well, I certainly hope not. That's my son in law you're talking about.

Maria: We're flying down to the Dominican Republic tonight.
Annie: Oh, great, so, it's sort of like a... a second honeymoon.
Maria: More like a first divorce.

Maria: (to Annie) He loves Meg. And I have to accept that and find my happiness elsewhere.

Sara is jealous of Meg:
Sara: Why are you nodding and smiling?
Casey: Because the female of the species never ceases to amaze me.

Carmen: You don't have to go rushing to the Dominican Republic, because it's a waste!
Maria: It's a waste to divorce a man who doesn't love me?

Maria: Mama, please, get this though your head: Ben loves Meg!

Ben: I remember the first time I saw you in that veil. You were walking down the aisle towards me. And I felt this... I don't know,  indescribable happiness, as if all my dreams had come true all at once.
Meg: I felt the same way.
Ben: Well, they hadn't. At least not until tonight.
Meg: I love the sound of that.
Ben: We're gonna have everything we were supposed to have, Meg. All of it.
Meg: Yes, we will. And nothing is gonna get in our way.

Ben: You know it just occurred to me -- something is not quite right about your ensemble here.
Meg: Oh, oh, really?
Ben: Yeah, something's missing.
Meg: And what would that be?
Ben picks up the pearls.
Ben: These?
Meg: These are my pearls.
Ben: Well, they did symbolize my promise to marry you, a promise I am finally gonna make good on.
Meg: You know, I cannot believe that this is finally happening.
Ben: Well, believe it, because this time tomorrow, give or take a few hours, we're gonna be husband and wife.

Ben: Well, we certainly got our honeymoon off to a rousing start.
Meg: Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the honeymoon supposed to start after the wedding?
Ben: Well, that is the custom, but I've always been one to blaze new trails.
Meg: Oh, okay, well, I think you should probably stop blazing and finish getting dressed. Maria is gonna be here any minute.
Ben: We don't wanna worry about a little thing like that.
Meg: I don't think it's such a good idea for me to answer the door looking as if we just...
Ben: Made mad, passionate love?
Meg: Exactly.
