Research shows that using it for two days, then taking two days off prevents attenuation. Cycles range from 6-12 weeks in length. Side effects include nervousness, tremors of the hands, headaches, and insomnia. Usually these side effects are dose related. It comes in 20 mcg tablets. Clenbuterol is being counterfeited under numerous manufacturers names in the United States.
