Chapter Fourteen
HEALTH AND HEALING
Like the witch in the movie Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs who asked her mirror, "Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who is the fairest one of all?" that which we recognize in others is a reflection of ourselves. As we age, our outer worlds mirrored by our physical bodies reveal our inner realities. Even though our bodies may decline, even be deformed or horribly disfigured, they reveal the truth of our inner selves through our eyes and our demeanor. Our bodies reveal the state of our emotions, Thoughts and karmic influences.
What does this have to do with health and healing? Although it may seem over-simplistic to state, powerful negative emotions may cause illness in our bodies. A wise, old adage says, "As a man thinketh, so he is." Jesus said, "According to his faith, let him be healed," indicating that our Thoughts and emotions are the influencing factors governing our state of health.
Some metaphysical schools teach that we have seven different bodies, one of which is the etheric, and that illness first takes place in our etheric bodies and then manifests in our physical bodies. Likewise, if we wish to heal our physical bodies, first we must heal our etheric bodies, which is why prayers for healing or positive thinking are so effective.
I question that we actually have seven separate bodies, regardless of whether they can be seen or not. I feel that outside of the energy fields (auras) that we see oscillating off of our physical bodies, all of these levels of frequencies flow into and are centered within our Minds.
Thought forms, whether of faster, loving types or those of slower, harmful characteristics, when attaching themselves to our auras affect our emotions. Thus loving ones increase our sense of wellbeing, contentment, and joy. Those with harmful effects either exacerbate like feelings within us or activate fear-based ones that have been quiescent. Emotions stimulated and encouraged by our Egos lodge themselves in organs of our bodies. It is not that the process of commencing in the faster frequencies of our Minds and manifesting in our physical casings is different than what is described in other schools of thought; it is simply a matter of perspective, and when we consider the synchronicity of energy movements, we can see a oneness or sameness in the systems.
There are shelves of books in the alternative health sections of bookstores covering everything that can be said in this area. Each of us must use our own discernment and intuition in selecting that which we need for self-healing as our bodies with their attendant emotions are unique. As we practice what we read and analyze the results, we come to know what our bodies are telling us about our inner and outer selves. The material in the Edgar Cayce books is individual to the patient and may not always work as a general cure or treatment.
Our emotions, hand-in-hand with our Egos, are expressed in certain cells of our brains and can influence our Thoughts. If emotions are of a loving quality, whether about others or us, they in turn create Thoughts, which energy flows toward the object of our attention. Likewise, if emotions are dark and disturbed, they create Thought energy that flows to wherever our attention is directed. If we block our emotions (either because there is a traumatic event involved that we choose to forget, misremember or repress, or because intellectually we know it is not correct thinking), this blocked energy will injure us, even to the point of death. This may be difficult to accept, but it is true. We also may carry emotions in from a simultaneous lifetime that can create illness for us in this life.
The subject of health, healing and our emotions is vast and expansive because the state of health of our families and ourselves are extremely important factors in our lives. They directly bear on our sense of contentment. This chapter covers some of the aspects.
Healing begins when we take responsibility for the creation of an illness, understanding that manifestation of illness is the culmination of our Thoughts, emotions and bodies seeking harmony. It is a message that balance is required. If out of fear and doubt we frantically seek to be healed by an outside force, we have not understood our own power for creating our inner disharmony.
In considering the two basic emotions of love and fear, intellectually we know of the various forms of love. When we seek the diverse elements of fear, whether we choose to call it resentment, guilt, revenge, hatred, control, possession or any of the crippling emotions (including deleterious emotions directed toward ourselves), they all appear to be rooted in fear of losing something or someone.
In our metaphysical groups, although we quite successfully transmute and learn to love others, individually we have difficulty loving ourselves. In order to remain healthy, be healed or be a healer, we may reprogram these erroneous concepts. They are killing us!
Anger is one of the common destructive emotions. Socially we are taught from the time we are small children to not display our anger openly, but to hold it within. The newspapers are full of "road rage" when people are killed. Individuals who violently act out in society are sent to Anger Management classes. These classes are designed to instruct the participants on how to handle their anger in such a manner that it does not injure others or is not socially disruptive. But do they teach how to heal this angry energy within our bodies, transmute it, and move it outward in a constructive manner? Counselors in Anger Management classes are not prepared to venture into this aspect of human nature.
They provide us with physical outlets in which to channel and vent our energies and consequently our emotions are repressed and blocked. Because the root of the anger still lies deep within our psyche, it smolders until it becomes as explosive and dangerous as a time bomb--harmful to us and perhaps even to others.
How do we transmute anger or any harmful emotion?
When we are considerate and control wounding energies from escaping into the lives and vibrational fields of others, necessarily we must also understand that energy always moves. It is never dormant. We can learn how to transmute it, for it is in the blocking that sows the seeds of disease. In any instance when we recognize that we are feeling a destructive emotion, perhaps anger, guilt, fear, or hostility, know that it is moving through our body. If we choose not to reveal our emotions to others, then we must move that energy into another emotional level and give it out to the universe in a beneficial way.
The diseases that are occurring in large scale on our planet indicate certain disharmonies within our bodies (collectively speaking) and that we do not understand what to do with these energies, especially when we see instances of what we consider to be injustice. This is one area where circumstances are so beyond our control that we feel helpless and yet, there is a small voice within that demands that a wrong be righted. Especially in racial or ethnic issues, the injured parties can seethe and rage within until they explode either outwardly or inwardly.
We can recognize and identify the emotion, whether through meditation, contemplation, analysis, or counseling. We have a choice of changing the mental image that first produced the emotion into a mental picture that instead produces a loving response. We can become creative with it, such as in the past when I became extremely angry, I vigorously cleaned house. I had so much pent-up, furious energy that my house was shiny clean by the time I finally worked it out of me. And it felt good--just as good as if I had slapped the object of my anger! Since it was a sudden surge of anger at that moment and not deeply buried within, this can work to rid self of the powerful raging energies of the moment.
We may also share with others by revealing events of a situation and our entangled, web-like emotions to our best friend, co-workers, or a counselor. This temporarily alleviates a situation, but if the underlying rage is deep-seated, we are only sidestepping an issue that we might look at more closely.
We may come to understand that there is only one energy, and the name we give it identifies the emotional blockage. Our main concern is to locate where it is stuck in our bodies, and then mentally and emotionally move it to another area, namely, our hearts. It is generally considered that our emotions flow from our brains to our solar plexus and hence, our solar plexus has been designated as the seat of our emotions. In some metaphysical schools, this is classified as our emotional chakra.
How do we take an emotion like anger, move it to our hearts, and send it out in loving energy? One way to do it that has worked for me is to mentally image seeing my anger and the object of my anger (whether myself or another person), and then visually move it up my body to my heart.
Then I envision the object of my anger with a more loving perspective, honestly analyzing with a great deal more understanding the series of events that culminated in this volatile reaction. Amazingly, because of my desire to only send out loving vibrations, I can feel my emotions change into loving ones as they flow out of me. These loving emotions may be compassion or empathy only, but that is sufficient.
Even if I am the object of my anger (I can be very judgmental about myself), I find that in analyzing the situation, there is room in my heart to forgive my imperfections, recognizing that there are no errors, only experience.
Does this sound impossible? I thought so when this exercise was first introduced to me, but I found that it works! And believe me, if it keeps me hale, hearty, and becoming the person whom I choose to be, it is worth the trying, even if it takes time. We may have to repeat the process again and again, because we have lived with negative emotions all of our lives.
We know that we have transmuted the energy when we feel love flowing from us. If the emotion still feels like anger in our hearts, then we also know that we haven’t succeeded in transmuting it yet, and continue to work with the exercise.
We can also use tools such as meditation, isolation, candlelight, or viewing something that stimulates love within us. Our intent changes our Thoughts, and our Thoughts change emotions. Beneficial results will improve our state of health as this processing is occurring within our Minds, within our higher consciousness that has the energies necessary to bring to fruition our desires.
If we do not intensely aspire to transmute our emotions into loving ones, then our brains will automatically bar our higher consciousness and unhealthy emotions will deposit themselves in the weaker areas of our bodies, resulting in minor or malignant illness.
If we deeply feel that we have truly turned all emotions into love and yet, our bodies still are plagued, it may not be that we have failed, but for some unknown reason beneficial to us, our bodies are holding onto the disease. This may be the result of karma or an influence from a co-existing lifetime.
There have been times when I have become depressed because my illness continued and I felt a failure. Thoughts of this nature, together with accompanying emotions, will destroy all of our efforts.
There are other factors involved in healing, especially during these times when we are having cellular alterations due to cosmic vibrational changes. It may be only a lack of faith in ones personal ability; one doesn’t feel good enough. When healing is not successful, it is helpful to spend time analyzing the whys and wherefores, and continue to love self. One is not a failure. One is having a new experience, perhaps a form of initiation.
Our emotions not only keep us on the planet and within our physical encasement, but collectively they are also beautifully designed devices to free us from aspects of our sentient natures that can injure or kill us and yet, allow us sentiments that truly make our lives wonderful and fulfilling.
What we are doing is allowing a responsive energy to move through us without stopping it and without owning it. In other words, it is not my anger. It is not another’s anger. It is simply anger. When we let go of claiming it by moving it to our hearts, then there is no attachment, and we may more easily transmute it and send it forth. This is true of all enervating emotions.
We may also recognize that the reason why this may be difficult to accomplish is that it is familiar to generate anger, react in violence, be hostile--protect our turf. It took us generations to develop Egos, which actually utilize these emotions of defense and offense very well in order to survive or otherwise serve us.
We are comfortable in areas where we have spent many lifetimes. But we have evolved now to vibrations of love and knowledge that we are one with Spirit, we are immortal, and we choose to live in vibrations of this nature and vacate the slower oscillations where Ego feels comfortable.
An emotional weakness that seldom surfaces may be so subtle that we overlook it until attempting to heal a physical illness. When we can find no other avenues for the cause, then we must seek deeper and in my instance, it leaped into my awareness in a metaphysical sense.
In 1999 as the vibrations around Earth quickened, without sustaining any outside injury I awoke one morning crippled by an extreme pain that ran from my lower back, down my left leg, under my ankle bone around to the front of my foot. I hobbled about, painfully and cautiously raised and lowered myself into chairs, and could not trust my leg to support me. To attempt kneeling while weeding the hillside of my garden defeated me. Lower back problems have plagued me off and on since puberty. For three months I tried chiropractic treatments with no effective results except to financially drain my bank account.
Understanding emotional trauma, I sought the root of my problem in meditation and contemplation. No success. The underlying cause hid under its subtle cover.
I finally asked my friend Cindy to psychically look for the basis of the problem. She had a vision of me as an old Indian medicine man being attacked from behind by a cougar while alone in the forest. The cougar knocked me down, clawed me down the left hip and leg, and chewed on my back. I managed to ward him off, but later died alone from bleeding to death. She said as I died, I was full of darkness.
I now had the source: a parallel lifetime as an old Indian. What were the emotions that caused the darkness manifesting now in my cellular memories? I did a recall of the lifetime, and as an observer relived the important aspects of that life. In his role as healer to the tribe, he chose to increase his mystique within the tribe by remaining single and isolating himself. He died a bitter old man because of loneliness, never having married, nor having had children. He wallowed in self-pity and bitterness, feeling that the tribe did not appreciate his total self-sacrifice.
I did the usual by holding him in my arms, telling him that I loved him, that he was loved, and to pass peacefully into the Light.
The pain lessened. It did not leave. What had I failed to do? I analyzed his life and realized that it was not necessary that he become a recluse. He could have joined other tribal members at their campfires. The children lost much because he failed to orally instruct them about the history of the tribe and its many myths in story form, which was usual for the elders. By his own choice he chose celibacy and isolation, wrapping himself in a cloak of mystery. The tribe honored his choices. His bitterness stemmed from self-pity, and no one did it to him. He did it to himself. He/I needed to forgive him/me for wallowing in self-pity.
Consequently, I realized that in this present lifetime whenever I have given of my time on behalf of another and felt that I was not duly appreciated, I reacted in some resentment and bitterness. Appalled, I was just a little chagrined for still having a little of this weakness rising to the surface after so many years of working on myself!
In meditation I once again went to this lifetime at the time he was dying, held him in my arms, and firmly told him in no uncertain terms what his life could have been, had he taken a different approach as the Medicine Man. It was by his own choices that his life was ending alone. At the same time I poured into him the positive emotions I felt while analyzing his life. And once again, I sent him in Love to the Light.
After this personal discovery, over time the pain faded, the leg strengthened, and two months later I was healed. There is a little residual weakness in that hip and leg, which is wonderful considering that my body is over 72 years old.
I recently had the help of a metaphysical healer to discover a Thought form created between a former employer and myself. Recognition of this relieved me greatly for it seemed sad that there should be this little bitterness in my heart when I remembered those 25 years together. Here we find a correlation between the old Indian, lack of appreciation, and bitterness. Backaches? Yes, very much so through the years.
These are simple instances of how undiscovered, blocked emotions cause ill health. Emotions are poignant and powerful!
How can we justify this concept with a karmically induced, dysfunctional body or brain? I suggest that it is to relieve our emotions from an event in another life. We write a drama for ourselves with another/others that will create situations where we are forced to act and react in such manner as to overcome, erase, or understand the emotions originating in another lifetime. Until and unless these emotions are altered through our life experiences, they continue to lie buried within us. All things are possible.
If we through recall understand why we selected such dysfunction, truly forgive ourselves, release the emotions that created the karma, and are able to live without such emotions in our lives, then the dysfunction is no longer necessary. It will rectify itself.
However, our conditioning is so crystallized that it is difficult for our intellect to accept that this is plausible. Unless we have the help of a healer who has the ability to aid in transmuting our vibrations, we probably will continue with the dysfunction for the balance of this life.
As a master teacher, we may select a dysfunction to teach others as in the case of the child referred to previously in the book Child Of Eternity. While in the womb this teacher/child caused her autism, thereby fulfilling her purpose to provide more insight on the medical condition of autism. There are as many actions and reactions, illnesses and healings as are possible to imagine. Every illness, every recovery, every occurrence of this nature, as with everything, is unique and individual to the person involved.
All of us are healers, although we may not be aware. On Earth healers are the most needed and also the most feared. We may consider that our effectiveness as healers, regardless of the form or method through which we seek to help, is based upon our willingness to confront within ourselves the fear that we may perceive existing toward healing and being healed. As we are willing to examine our own fear of being healed or being healers, we will open to a tool. The only tool required is that we are willing to know that we do not know; that we are willing to exist in our inability at this time to perceive the overall truth, and to continue in this state of not knowing toward seeking that which we do not know.
It requires that we receive a continuous supply of energy and a constant impetus to our own movement and clarity. The only energy that is available on Earth is the energy of Love. That which we receive small will be seen large and also will be seen even larger. We may remember that we must continually moment-by-moment open ourselves to receiving it and allowing Love from Spirit to flow out.
By our desire to understand, the tiniest seed of Love grasps our consciousness, focuses our Thoughts, opens our hearts to the magnetic pull of Spirit, and allows us to surrender. We thus become like pearls on a string of beads. The thread on which the beads are strung is the source of energy and we are the beads, the places where energy enters into, moves through, and continues outward.
We who are committed because we have spoken out to be healers can also become transformers of energy to those who seek us, for whatever reason. As has been done for us, we can also do for others. It is only in our willingness and understanding of this process that we find ourselves standing as healers to alleviate pain and suffering, provide clarity, and give comfort as it is requested of us by others. We may seek within ourselves to know that we have received and become fully clear as to what has been given us. We acknowledge that we have not earned it nor have we bought it. It is a gift. When we are clear about what we have received, in assuming the title of healer, we give what we have received.
It is ours to become the transformer and give without condition, without judgment; to become filled with such love and gratitude for having been the receiver that it is impossible for us not to give. When we know that moment within ourselves and find that it is impossible to hold back our love, compassion, and understanding, then we will be transformed in that moment within ourselves, and not just to a level of perfect healing, but in a union with Spirit and with those who have come seeking help.
"Faith healers" maybe considered those of us who can generate, not only within our own being, but can project mental and emotional energy into the one who seeks treatment, who accepts that an outside sacred or holy force greater than self is responsible for and actually instigates the recovery. Faith healers work with those who do not have faith within themselves, not with those who have faith.
Others of us have learned to channel life force through our bodies. We have learned to build our reservoir of life, either within our hearts or within our emotions. By training and awareness, we give out the life force through our hands, eyes, or words.
Whether another who receives healing energy remains cured is dependent entirely within his/herself. Faith healers have less of an opportunity for an absolute and total recuperation to take place for in the process it is required that the one who desires help give up personal responsibility for the healing and allow it to come from the faith healer. Once the healed individual has received such restoration, s/he may be plagued with self-doubt, and this will once again create disharmony within the healed individual, and the illness may return. That is why they are called Faith Healers for the patient must have faith in the healer's ability to heal.
Spiritual healing is powerful in healing circles because we are all connected in Spirit by intention and desire. As we circle one or many with the purpose to move energy by directing it to others, we become one with them and one with all others in the circle. We become one energy. This is quite different from praying. It is one that is easily understood, witnessed, and more easily made aware on our physical plane.
Other therapeutic tools are kinesiology, laughter and art.
One form of kinesiology is to communicate with our bodies by using a pendulum and instructing the pendulum (which swings either back and forth, up and down or in circles) that the manner in which it swings will indicate an answer of "yes" or "no." The instruction staves off confusion within our consciousness. It has nothing to do with the pendulum, which reacts to certain muscular contractions within our bodies. Individuals may become quite proficient with the use of the pendulum in this manner or even for communicating with the Higher Self.
Another form of kinesiology is to hold one arm straight out level with the shoulder, place the other hand on an object (if checking for allergies), and when a question is asked, another person attempts to push the raised arm down. If it goes down easily, the answer is negative or the allergy is present. If it stays steady without extreme force being exerted by the other, then the answer is yes or the food allergy is non-existent. This is also a form of muscular contraction.
The physical act of laughter is a highly scientific and useful tool in healing for laughter releases that which is blocked. It is more powerful than crying for crying can be attached to many possible intentions. Laughter is pure and is a release that may work from the heart to the emotions, and at this time on Earth, there are great blocks between these two areas.
Art always has been the way in which Minds have been able to observe self-development for as we create the form, it acts as a mirror for that which seeks to be known from the inside out. The form of art, whether pictures, statues, drawings, or music (any expression of artistic endeavor), is closely connected to our deeper, spiritual essence. They are expressions of our Higher Self, and it is when we rise above our physical vibrations that we enter frequencies of spiritual art.
We speak of art as a gift as we artists are born spiritually connected whereby we come to know that there are certain levels of expression that will be understood by all who view it. On some level it will touch a common thread of spirituality. Art, as depicted, is quite often likewise expressed in plants and animals. We all desire to connect.
The healing comes when art forms touch our hearts, which touch our Minds. When we allow our art to come forth sincerely, with the deepest love of self held within the form, with love and forgiveness of others held during our act of creation, then all of these qualities resonate within the object. We are the creator within. We artists are what give it life, form, and existence. Our consciousness and vibrations are within it. This is the healing that is observed and absorbed by others who view or experience our artistic object. Art is healing.
A LITTLE OF THIS AND THAT FOR HEALERS:
When we spontaneously feel compassion and/or empathy towards an ill person, love emanating from our own auras will protect us from absorbing the illness or the emotions of the patient. Often when we are first aware of our ability to help, we take on the problems of the other, which makes them feel better but may leave our immune system weakened. This only temporarily helps the other. When we healers interfere by attempting to personally correct or overcome the conditions, this is referred to as being "an enabler." We enable others to continue in their weaknesses rather than help them overcome such apathy or addictions.
In order for the illness not to return, the patients necessarily must realize where the problems lie and work on themselves to either change their perspectives or the conditions that are creating the emotions.
Because healers do not know the intention of a patient’s God-Self nor the karmic choices made by the patient, it is better that whatever we do, we do it for the highest and best good of the individual according to the will of Spirit (the God-Self). In this manner, we do not trespass against his/her Mind whose purpose is blocked by the brain or there would be no illness. When we do not trespass, we do not bring karma on ourselves due to our lack of Wisdom.
When we are doing distance healing without the request or permission of the ill person, it is wiser not to direct nor describe the type of energies sent, but just to send healing, loving vibrations to the ill person for their highest and best good. Spirit works with those vibrations in accordance with the other Mind's purpose.
An experienced healer sends loving vibrations into the room before commencing and may state something to the effect: "I fill the room with Light and Love, and I send on in love any energies in this room that are not of loving vibrations." Although we may be confident of the loving state of our own emotions, we cannot be sure that the ill person is not filled with a negative emotion that can open a bridge to unseen negative energies, which possibly may weaken the healing energies.
In spontaneous situations when there is love within our hearts and our intentions are of the highest, I feel that love can overcome any adverse energies, and reactive instantaneous love in the moment is the most powerful as there is nothing else involved except Love.
For those of us who are spiritual counselors, it is best to ask for guidance and the blessing of Spirit before proceeding. As time passes, we gradually learn how to rely on what they we say.
Whenever possible, using natural energies such as herbs, right diet, exercise, earth, water, and air are the better ways to strengthen our immune system and enhance our circulation. If we can understand that our bodies will tell us what we need, then we find that there are times we desire a certain food, almost a craving, and feeding that craving is the right answer. However, sugar or anything of an addictive nature, including alcohol and caffeine, are not good for our bodies and our craving may be an addiction. In such instances, we use common sense. There may be times when we feel an impulse for more sun, fresh air, walk barefoot on the earth, or visit rural areas. Our body knows best; listen to it.
Since we are 70% water, it is essential that we drink several glasses of water a day and we cannot include fluids such as coffee and tea, which have caffeine, or any drinks containing sugar. Herbal tea without sugar can be considered water. We may need to shower, or bathe, or be near a body of water like a lake to absorb the totally wonderful benefits of water.
Personally, for me gardening is healing in that it is like a meditation and I feel so peaceful.
We may come to realize that some individuals actually create an illness to get attention and then tenaciously cling to it in order to continue claiming sympathy. Apparently they feel that they cannot get love in any other manner. It is a misconception and, in some instances, is a form of control over a spouse or child.
As healers we do not refuse help for it is not ours to judge the whys or wherefores of this type of illness. But in the love that we hold for self, we do have the freedom to decide just how much time and energy we shall give. In such an instance, we can Thoughtfully send loving vibrations to the ill person’s God-Self to aid in activating a seed of enlightenment to enter the other’s blocked Mind. This is a case where the other’s Ego is controlling.
In the healing process it is more effective not to name the disease, even if it has been diagnosed for in recognizing that it exists we claim it. This sets limitations in our thinking. Since we are holistic healers, we are aware that no matter what the name of the disease and prognosis, the seeds of it are within the patient’s emotions and we are actually communicating with the higher consciousness of the Mind. By naming a disease, this solidifies within the ill person’s emotions and brain that the disease exists in the physical body. This creates a concrete barrier against bypassing the brain to reach the Mind. Disease is a symptom only of imbalance.
Healing is a magnetic process so if we have the faith that we can be cured, we are magnetized to that Thought. We cannot help if there is no belief that a remedy can occur on this level. If an ill person comes to us voluntarily and asks for help, we can assume there is an openness to being healed. There has to be an agreement for healing.
Only as much as the patient allows self to be helped, will s/he be aided. During the healing process, the ill individual visualizes self as perfect, whole, and strengthens his/her emotions until the perfection feels real, and believes it. It works even stronger if the patient visualizes self as h/she was before the illness and concentrate on that picture. The body’s cells respond to that memory.
We must love self in order for our bodies to be restored. The healer must love self in order to be the healing channel.
We cannot be healed because we are afraid to die. In our Minds (quite often we are not conscious of this) we may realize that our bodies are so beyond repair that it is better to leave our bodies (through death), and incarnate in new bodies.
There are people living in locations who are being damaged slowly in body and mental capacity from electricity. It is beneficial not to live within three miles of an electrical tower. It is not natural for electricity to be harnessed, and it is being forced to behave in ways other than its natural behavior. It is being concentrated and put out into the atmosphere in waves it would not ordinarily allow as a form of its movement. It is a vibrational level that interferes with our electro-magnetic bodies. This is true only of the larger stations that emit waves into the atmosphere. The transmitters are the culprits that do the damage.
Everything on Earth is designed to vibrate at a harmonious level so that all life forms are harmonious with one another. In the form of energy that is released from these transmitters, the vibrational level of life forms is changed and becomes disharmonious. Great stress is put on our molecular structure.
With long use, microwave cooking is destructive. Food prepared in microwaves is basically not cooked, for the molecules are changed, and the energy is different than that prepared by fire. If the microwave is only used to warm precooked food, the molecular change is greatly reduced and there is little of danger to us.
An understanding of color can be useful in healing as color can be recognized as a diagnostic tool as well as a therapeutic tool. The colors we see when quietly sitting with our eyes closed are significant in defining our current mental and physical conditions.
Different colors are seen in dreams, daydreams, and meditations for they represent our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energies. The colors we see can also be the tools of our bodies and Minds to alert us to change an already changing body condition. In other words, we may see a color as a result of a current medical condition or as a means to eliminate that imbalance within the body.
There are many approaches to holistic healing, but in the final analysis it is Love that is the true healer.
