Friday Night

The weekend began on Friday, January 23, at 5:30 pm with complimentary cocktails in the Atrium. Kevin Plebanski played Diamond songs on the grand piano.

Later that night, a small group took a bus to the Superdiamond Show at House of Blues in Chicago. After the show, Randy Cordiero met the group in the hotel lounge. Nick McCullock and Randy swapped stories.

Meanwhile, back at the hotel, Gamemeisters, Eydie Ruth and Richard Vicek, hosted "Diamond Games".

The first game was "Diamond Blockbusters.

Suzanne Butler (SB) and Cathy Finegan (Cathy from Cleveland) (left) competed while Eydie ran her Powerpoint presentation.

The second game was "Neil of Fortune".

Jackie Greuel, Nancy (Nan) Gentes and Soma Simon competed.

The third and final game was "Diamond Jeopardy".

Nancy Gentes, Scott Neal, and Linda Pollard competed while Richard Vicek hosted the game.
