Why Gil love Anne?

Gil likes Anne because:

She's intelligent.
She is very beautiful.
She doesn't react like every other girl.
She break a slate on his head.
She has a lot of imagination.
She always know what to reply to a person who just insult her ( ex : she always know what to say to Josie! ).
She really likes him.
She makes him feel special.
She doesn't want diamond sunbursts or marble halls ... she only wants him.
She likes to be called carrots ( only by Gil! )
