| Or cooking school, either one. I would like to pick up a culinary or beverage art and become really fucking awesome at it. Bartending school would be a lot easier to manage—it’s set up so just about anybody can decide to enroll while culinary school is nearly a college-caliber endeavor, even at it’s most frivolous.

| Really, this is just another in my long list of random skills I would like to acquire, like ballroom dancing and knowledge of the Japanese language. So, by December 31, 2006, I will have attended bartending school.
