The second ever pJa event was a shoot out at the Meadowlark by Mike Clark. The first round leader was Joel Ferchoff with a 62. 3 players were within 3 strokes of the lead though. The second round is when Mike Clark went off. Firing back to back 61's, and then a 62 to cap off the tournament. Paul Warren, Robert Leore, and Joel Ferchoff all shot low, but could not hold Mike off as he ripped his own course up. Mel Rierson hung around until the weekend as the dry conditions on Sunday put him out of contention. The dry conditions on Sunday gave most of the players fits. Joel Ferchoff planned to make a run in them, as he aced hole #2, but couldn't go low enough. Good Job to all and congragulations to Mike Clark.
