The Masters is being held at Josh Harwells version of Augusta National. The first 2 rounds were good rounds by all with no real blow ups by anyone on this tough course which is playing dry and moderately windy. Ferchoff has had trouble with the back nine as he has carded two 33's on the front but fell back on the back 9, but no one else has failed to play decently other than that. Bowen is having a tough time making birdies, but is still in it, but not in the pack that Ferchoff is leading. Only 2 shots seperate 3rd from 1st. In the 3rd round the pack ,however, became seperated. Leore shot his first round in a while over par as he bogied the last two holes to shot 2 over. Bowen didn't make a move and is out of it, and Clark may have not done enough to keep up with Ferchoff who shot another stellar round. Ferchoff really caught fire as he started the back nine. Starting on #10 he went birdie-birdie-birdie-eagle-birdie-birdie, but then he went 3 over on the last two holes to shot a 32 on the back and a 67 on all 18. The final, final day of the first year of the pJa was a very dramatic one. Joel Ferchoff came into this last round with a comanding lead, but didn't putt well. Leore played great including an ace at 6 and an eagle at 13, and Clark played pretty good but missed a 15 foot putt to force a playoff with Joel Ferchoff who had a great first 3 days. Congrats to all, and I hope everyone enjoyed the season.
