The first two rounds were harsh and challenging. Only one person, Bob Leore, remained under par throughout them. He maneged to cheat the course by making a spectacular shot out of the heavy rough on 12 in the first round, and in the second round he aced number 13. The 3rd round played a bit easier with high winds and normal speeds for the greens as Mike Clark, Bob Leore, and Joel Ferchoff all carded 6 under 64's. Joel was right with Leore until he doubled the 16th for the 3rd day in a row. Conditions were dry for the final round as Bob Leore costed to yet another win. Leore also had a good day as he aced the 3rd hole. He held on for the win but 2nd place came down to a playoff as Joel beat Mike pretty easily. Joel Ferchoff and Mike Clark both shot 68's in the fourth round. The key to this was the 16th as Mike Birdied and Joel bogied. Good, tough, tournament guys.
