Here's Old Henry ready for the public

Old Henry is backed out of the garage for final assemble.  Notice that the entire assemble crew has disappeared as soon as the camera  woman (Sue) showed up.

At the beginning of this day the radiator and drive train were the only things together on the frame of this car.
The project was simple:
upholster the seat
set the body in place
put on the running boards
put on the truck box
put on the fenders
put on the lights
put on the windshield
put on the steering wheel
test driving the car (learning to drive)
take niece to the prom (didn't happen)

It's amazing how things just fall together after 15 months of hard work.

We struggled a lot with the back fenders lining up with the holes in the side aprons and running boards.

The circular saw was only there in case of utter frustration.

Sister Carol keeps a steady eye on the progress.

Here we see mom putting on the ficticious plates that we ran on for a week.

Ya can't prove a thing ya dirty Coppers

Hallelujah!!!!!

The minister next door, Rev. Van Fisher, blesses the resurrected Model T.

My daughter Jessica and her boyfriend Matt stop by the house on their way from Indiana University to work for the summer at Cedar Point.

Jessica will be working at the Red Garter Saloon.  The Red Garter is where all of those folks getting off of the fastest/highest roller coaster in the world will look for "relief" after waiting in the five hour line.

Matt will be working on the bungie drop. You'd have to be nuts to go on that one.
