About Woodmansee Park:
Woodmansee Park is a small, yet versatile neighborhood park in the midst of South Salem, Oregon.  The park lies between two neighborhoods and behind a Middle School, so it is mainly populated by kids playing basketball and by dog-walkers.  As I found out while I was planting these boxes, school lets out around 3pm, so beware of students walking home as you are prowling for your letterboxes!  :)

Clues for the first letterbox:
One beautiful Sunday, my friend George and I decided to head over to Woodmansee Park for a day of fun.  We began by playing a game of soccer, but because neither one of us was very good we kept kicking the ball into the nearby trees!

From the middle of the soccer field at 40 degrees,
A path begins at the end of the trees.
Follow this path and soon you will find
A tree with long arms that were meant to be climbed.
Under this tree, amid leaves and moss,
You are sure to find your first letterbox!
Box #2:
"Where should we go next?"  We looked all around.
We spotted a path right before a playground.
Took the path to the right--it was cold as a fridge,
But we kept on walking, 'til we got to a bridge.
20 paces beyond, up a path to our right,
At a split in the road, we began to fight.
George wanted to go right, but instead we went left.
(We took the left path because I was more deft.)
After we walked between the twin towers,
In front of us stood a tree that just cowers.
At the base of that tree now lies box #3!
Bow #3:
George was still angry, which made me quite sad,
So quickly we decided not to be mad!
Looking around, beautiful trees we saw,
So pretty in fact, they inspired George to draw.
We took 3 lefts and there we saw
The perfect log where George could draw.
Follow the log south and up a slight hill,
At the base of a murdered tree, there lies your thrill!
