Fundraisers
When:
November 11 -- Thanksgiving Fundriasing after church dinner -- Thanks to all of the parents and volunteers who helped! Thanks to our generous congregation! The youth raised a net profit of over $700, half of which goes to Nothing But Nets, and half of which goes to the youth fund. Thank you!
February 10 -- Joe Neal Memorial Valentine Dinner was a great success. We raised (after meal costs were deducted) over $1000. Half of that will go to the Youth fund and 1/2 to the Jim Ray Fund for Others.
Nothing but Nets:
Over 2000 children die every day from malaria. The national Nothing but Nets campaign is raising money to buy bed nets to save the lives of chidlren.

Jim Ray Fund for Others:
This fund, named after our friend and church member, Jim Ray, is a discretionary fund for our pastors to use to help those who come to the church needing food, transportation, money for utilities, etc. For more information about this fund, see this link.
Parents:
We'll need help with set up, serving and clean up for the dinners. It's fun!
