Find your biggest, deepest frying pan and hope for the best.

Pour oil in pan and add garlic till da bugga gets hot and flavorful.

Brown tri-tips (no overcook 'em - just lightly brown til red 3/4 way disappear).

While cooking meat, add pepper, Oyster Sauce and shoyu to taste.

When meat is cooked, throw in the onions and tofu cubes (drizzle a little more shoyu on the tofu)

Mix da bugga up - get 'em all full of flavor - no be scared if the tofu breaks up.

Afta couple minutes throw all da sprouts and chop suey mix on top.

Cover pan with lid and turn off heat in 3 minutes.

Let sit for maybe 10 minutes then mix everything all up again.
