Blowtorch Salmon
Salmon steak (scaled)
Hawaiian salt
Pepper
Teriyaki sauce
Sugar
Blowtorch (propane kind)
Salt n pepper one side of the salmon

Place salmon in about 1/4" teriyaki sauce in a pan.

Marinate overnight.

Place under top broiler and broil till it look ono (don't over cook..or it will get too dry.)

Take out of broiler and sprinkle sugar on the salt n pepper side.

NOW!!! Light the blowtorch and burn it (caramalize the sugar!.)

Guaranteed ta burn yer mouth BLACK! Your imagination is ya limit!
