Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup shoyu
3 Tbsp sake (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp sesame seeds (toasted and ground)
1 stalk green onions, chopped

Marinate meat in sauce for 1 hour. Turn at least once. Place on cold broiler pan.

Broil 3" from heat for 5 minutes or until done on one side.

Dip each piece in sauce, turn and broil 4-5 minutes longer.
