Sop Gelatin |

| It is a creamy
sweet-tart gelatin dessert. It tastes refreshing and is
an exotic way to serve sour sop. 8 T cold water 3T lilikoi juice 2 packets unflavored gelatin 2/3 c boiling water 2 c whipped cream 2 c sour sop puree Soak gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes. Pour boiling liquid over, stirring till dissolved. Combine gelatin mixture and puree in a pot, add sugar and stir over medium heat until dissolved. Cool than add cool whip. Refrigerate until serving. |
