Pea Salad
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
Garlic salt to taste
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen green peas
1 (8 oz.) can lump crab meat
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup cashews
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and garlic salt in a bowl and mix well.

Place the frozen peas in a colander and hold under running cold water for several minutes to thaw; drain.

Drain the crab meat.

Combine the peas, crab meat, and celery in a bowl and toss to mix.

Add the dressing and mix well.

Add cashews and noodles just before serving. Serve on lettuce lined salad plates.

NOTE: Cashews and noodles may be served on the side. 4 ozs. of cooked shrimp may also be added. This is great to take on picnics.
