| 1/2 cup dried
shrimps 5 cups water 3/4 cups miso 1/2 cube tofu 3/8 cup green onions Cook shrimps in water for 10 minutes. Bring water to boil and let simmer. Put miso in strainer and pour shrimp water through until all miso is dissolved. Cut tofu in one-half inch cubes add to stock and bring to boil. Remove from fire and add finely chopped green onions. Saimin noodles may also be added at the same time as the tofu for a heavier soup. |
