Habachi Miso Chicken
with Peanut Butter

5 lb. boneless chicken thighs

Marinade:
1/2 c. miso
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. shoyu
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. beer
1 small finger of ginger (minced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)

Combine marinade ingredients with chicken thighs, marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Grill over hot charcoal.

Don't knock it until you have tried it ... really ono with hot rice.

Makes 16 servings.
