Smothered Cabbage
Two heads of Medium to Large Cabbage.
Two yellow onions, chopped large.
1 Teaspoon of red pepper seeds
1 Tablespoon of sugar
2 Tablespoons of salt
1 Tablespoon of Paprika or Season Salt
1 Teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 cup of Vegetable Oil

Preparation:
Place 1/4 cup of vegetable oil in deep fryer. Place dried cabbage in springy, layering the seasoning indicated above with the cabbage until all of the cabbage is in the deep fryer. Stir briskly and constantly until all the cabbage has been marinated with the oil and seasoning. Reduce heat and allow the cabbage to cook for 5-10 minutes depending on the desire of the cook. The less time it cooks the better it taste.
