1 lb. salted salmon
2 med. onions, chopped
4-5 tomatoes chopped
2 bunch green onions, chopped
Soak salmon in water for 2 to 3 hrs., changing water several times. Drain and remove skin, bones. Shred with fork or fingers, into small pieces. Place salmon, tomatoes and onions into bowl. Refrigerate until well chilled. Top with thin layer of cracked ice(1 hr. before serving) Lomi green onions, add to salmon mixture.

If unsalted salmon is used, rub salmon with rock salt and let stand overnight. Rinse and soak in clear water 1 hr. or more.
