| 6 pork chops
(or 12 pork spareribs) Marinade: 1 cup white vinegar 2 Tbsps. finely minced garlic 1/2 cup sugar 1 Tbsp. salt 1/2 cup soy sauce Dip: 1 cup white vinegar 1 Tbsp. finely minced garlic 3 tsps. red-hot pepper sauce Marinate the pork chops or spareribs overnight. Preheat oven to 425 degrees for 40 mins. Broil for 15 mins., browning both sides (a BBQ grill is preferable). Serve hot with vinegar dip and steamed rice. Serves 3. |
