Hawaii Kai Portagee Been Soup
2-cans Kidney Beans
1-8oz Tomato Sauce
2lb- Stewed Tomatoes
2-Chopped Onions
1-2 Ham Hocks
1tbs Salt
2-chopped Celery stalks
2-potatoes cubed
1/4 cup chopped Parsley
1-small Cabbage chopped
2-Garlic cloves chushed
3lb-Linguisa chopped and browned
1/4 tsp-Anise
1/4tsp-Cinnamon
1/4tsp-Ground Cloves
1/4tsp-ground Pepper
10 cups water

Combine water,Ham Hocks,and salt. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 2-3 hours. Remove the Hocks and remove the bones, return to the soup.

Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 1-2 hours. Kami Civetz is responsible for this recipe.

If you can't find Linguisa try Andulli. It is a sausage found in the south or try Chorizo.
