Garlic Fried Chicken
2 cups Bisquick Mix
3 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons Lawry Seasoned salt
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite -size chunks
2 large eggs, beaten
Safflower Oil
Honey-Mustard sauce
Two Tablespoons honey
1 Cup Dijon mustard

Barbeque dip:
1 Cup ketchup
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Dip chicken pieces in egg after sprinkling with extra garlic powder, and roll in flour mixture. Do this twice, for double coating. Fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with toothpicks and dipping sauce, honey mustard or barbeque.
