Fried Rice
4 cups cooked rice
1 large onion, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp shoyu
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup ham, shredded, or crab meat or leftover hamburger, or any meat left overs
4 Tbsp oil

Heat pan and add oil. Fry onion for a minute. Add rice and saute for a minute. Add cooked leftover meat, eggs, shoyu sauce and salt. Mix well. Garnish with parsley.
