Spaghetti Pancit |

| 2 lbs. sliced
chicken or pork 2-3 sticks lup cheoung (Chinese sausage), cut up (optional) 1 C carrots, sliced into matchsticks 1 C snow peas, sliced in half 2 C cabbage sliced thin 2 stalks green onion, sliced 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 onion, sliced 1 tbsp each: pepper, garlic salt, garlic powder, patis (fish sauce) 1 box thin spaghetti noodles Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Set aside. Sauté onions and garlic in some vegetable oil until soft. Add chicken or pork and 1/2 of seasonings. Cook until meat is almost done-add Chinese sausage and cook for 5 minutes. Add all veggies and cook for another 5 minutes. Put in spaghetti noodles. (Hint: To make noodles easier to work with add a little veggie oil to them) Put in the rest of the seasonings, you can adjust this to your taste. Heat through. Enjoy! This recipe came from E.
