Crab Toast |

| 1 pkg.
imitation crab or fishcake (kamaboko) 1 cup each of grated cheddar & mozzarella cheeses 1 stalk green onion chopped fine 3 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise 1 french bread cut in half lengthwise Mix all of these ingredients together in a large bowl. You may add more mayonnaise for a smoother consistency. Spread mixture onto french bread and bake in the oven until cheese melts and bread browns. Remove from oven and slice into bite-size servings. This is an easy one! The mixture becomes so colorful, you could use it at as an Xmas party pupu! Enjoy! |
