| 1 medium tomato 1 sweet onion 1/2 lb bean sprouts 4 eggs 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 tsp salt Dice onion and tomato. Mix with bean sprouts. Sauté in oil over medium heat until limp. Beat eggs with salt and pour over cooking bean sprouts. Mix well. Turn and brown slightly or until eggs are done. |
