Caesar Salad Dressing
Honey Mustard Dill Salad Dressing

Blue Cheese

2 Cups Mayonnaise
1 Cup sour cream
1/4 Cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon each salt & pepper
4 ounces Blue Cheese crumbled

Place all ingredients in a blender, process until it's the consistency that you like.

Caesar Salad Dressing

2 Anchovies; minced
1 Egg yolk
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan
1 Tablespoon Red-wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon Lime juice
1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Dashes Tabasco
1/2 Teaspoon Salt or to taste
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper or to taste
1/2 Cup Extra-virgin olive oil

In a food processor, blender or by hand, whisk together the anchovies, egg yolk, garlic, Parmesan, vinegar, lime juice, mustard, worcestershire, Tabasco, salt and pepper. With the machine still running or while whisking, slowly add oil. Adjust seasonings.

Yields: About 2/3 cup.

1/8 c. Water
2/3 c. Oil
1/8 c. Honey
1-2 TBSP Mustard
1 TBSP Dill (Dry or Fresh)

Adjust for your taste.
