Almond Creme Dip

1 jar marshmello creme
1 pkg cream cheese softened
1/8 - 1/4t almond extract

Mix first two ingredients together, add almond extract to taste

Dip strawberries in and enjoy!!!

Fried Mushrooms Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:
1 cup Mayo
4 teaspoons ketchup
3 1/2 tablespoons Horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
Dash black pepper, dash Cayenne pepper

Preparation:
Mix well, chill. This is great for dipping deep fried onions, mushrooms, etc.

Pimento Cheese Dip

1 - 4 oz. can pimientos, chopped and oil reserved
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Durkee&127s hot sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup freshly chopped parsley
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 lb. grated mild cheddar cheese
1/3 lb. grated processed American cheese

Combine all ingredients except cheeses. Add grated cheeses and mix well. Moisten with reserved pimiento oil.

Chill overnight to ripen flavor.
