Deep Fried Seaweed

chinese/spring greens
white sugar
salt
toasted almond flakes or sesame seeds

Cut some chinese/spring greens into very thin strips.

Deep fry greens (in batches) in hot oil until crisp.

Drain on absorbant paper.

Season greens with white sugar, plenty of salt and some toasted almond flakes or sesame seeds.

Return To Chinese Recipes.
