Mock Crab Dip
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
1 8oz. pkg imitation crab meat - cut in 3/4 inch lengths and shredded
1/2 cup celery - chopped fine
2 Tbsp onion - minced fine

In a saucepan, heat soup and mayo. Stir until well mixed, then remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, crab meat, celery and onion. Serve hot with fresh veggies, crackers or chips.

Makes 3 cups.
