Chicken Salad
1/2 lb white chicken meat, cooked and shredded
1/2 pkg won ton pi, cut into strips, deep fried until light brown
1/2 lb char siu, thinly sliced
1 head lettuce, broken in bite-sized pieces

Dressing:
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar

Boil the above ingredients; cool and then add:

1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup salad oil

WOOHOO!!!!
