Chicken Adobo
chicken legs & thighs (appro. 4 each)
shoyu sauce, 3-4 T
brown vinegar, 2 T
garlic, 3 cloves crushed
bay leaf, 3 crushed
peppercorns, about 10
little paprika
5-6 cloves
dash of pickling spice

Brown chicken a little, add garlic, Then the rest. Simmer approximate one hr or when you see it's soft... meat almost ready to fall off bones.

According to your taste, add a little more of this and that. Can use all legs or all thighs.
