Hummus
1 cup chickpeas
2 tbsp. Tahini sauce
Lemon juice to taste
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until
creamy.
Serve with pita wedges.
Makes two servings.

3 cups chopped parsley
1/2 cup cracked wheat, soaked in water
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/8 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl.
Serves three to four.
