Cabbage and Mushrooms
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
450 g (1 lb) Chinese cabbage, cut into 2.5 cm (1 inch) pieces
6-8 dried Chinese mushrooms, soaked for 20 minutes, drained, stemmed and quartered
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil

1. Heat the oil in a wok, add the cabbage and muchrooms and stir-fry until soft.

2. Add the salt, sugar and soy sauce and cook for about 1 1/2 minutes more. Add sesame oil and serve.
