1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
2 Tbsp. dry white wine

2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2-1/2 cups chicken broth
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves

Mix together beef and rest of ingredients. Form mixture into 6 to 8 steak shaped patties about 3/4" thick. Dip lightly into flour & brush with olive oil. Arrange on broiling pan. Broil 3" from source of heat 5 mins. on each side or to your liking. While meat is broiling, prepare gravy. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Add wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, broth; bring to a boil and cook till slightly reduced. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup water and stir into sauce in skillet and cook till thickened. Stir in sesame oil, parsley and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Makes about 4 cups.

Arrange steaks on hot platter and pour gravy over them. Serve with steam rice and plenty of gravy.

Enjoy!
