| 2 cans Spam 2 cans Van Camp Kidney Beans 2 cans Tomato sauce 1 round onion (1 carrot & 2 potato optional) 1 Tbsp Hawaiian or table salt about 3 kidney beans cans of water or water to cover Cut spam, carrots & potatos into cubes. Slice onions and fry until brown. Add tomato sauce, beans and water to cover. Bring to a boil and simmer until vegetables are tender. |
