Bean Sprout Namasu
1 pkg. bean sprouts
2 tsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. sesame seeds, roasted & ground
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. accent
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Wash & blanch bean sprouts in boiling water for a few minutes. Drain. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt & accent & heat until sugar is dissolved. Add lemon juice. Cool. Pour over cooked bean sprouts & toss gently. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
