Banana Nut Bread
2 cubes butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
4-7 bananas, mashed
2 1/2c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2c walnuts, chopped
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add bananas. In separate bowl mix flour, soda and salt together, then add to banana mixture. Pour in a greased cake pan and place pan in oven. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, give or take.

Cake is ready when the top looks brown and shiny, and when you push on the cake in the middle, it bounces back up.
