| As we were looking for a theme for our world travels, we realised we really wanted to go to Everest Base Camp and climb Mount Kilimanjaro. So we thought, why don't we try to get to the highest peak on each continent. Everest covers Asia and Kilimanjaro covers Africa. We also fancied going to Alaska, which happens to host the highest peak in North America, Mount McKinley (or Denali). Anconcagua is the highest peak in South America, so we would make a "little" detour from our Brazilian trip. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
