| Things moved quickly this year. The consulting job Jim had for the past 3 years ended. The company lost it accounts and he had 2 weeks notice. With the help of friends, Jim found a new position with Oracle Corp as a Senior Technical Analyst, ERP in Colorado Springs. This, again, required a move! That is the 8th move since 1996. Danine and Jim participated in the Landmark Forum. This was a great experience for both of them. It got them in touch with old friends and family. Garrison is doing really well. His discovery of new things and ideas is really exciting. He rides the school bus everyday. He is at Will Rogers Grade School and in their preschool program. He has discovered his imagination, and being a leader. Both of these things are great. Grant is at home with Mom and Griffin. He loved to tell stories and loves life. He has the normal things he likes to do, Pokamon, Digimon, Singing, rocketry, helping around the house. It is hard to believe that Griffin is now moving from toddler to little boy. From his morning "popple and nutter" (waffle and peanut butter), to his what you doing, life is a joy with him. He even put himself to bed at night. He thinks Grant is the funniest thing and all 3 play together great. |

| Jim got to fulfill a life long dream to go to the "Rocket Capital of the World". He took the 3 boys got NARAM (National Association of Rocketry Annual Meeting) in Penrose, CO on Vern Estes Ranch. Jim had a flyer the he got back in 1968 about Model Rocketry from Estes Industries. Vern signed it for him and Jim and Vern talk for quite a while. Garrison, Grant and Griffin had a great time watching all the rockets launch. Later in 2001 Jim will be going on a tour of Mr. Estes' privet museum. Danine is still hoping to complete 200 pages in 2000. She just loves Scrap booking and going to crops. At last count she just need 40 pages to reach her goal. |
