The day before this picture was taken, we left for the airport in Manila sometime around 4:30 a.m. to catch a 7:30 a.m. flight.  Because of traffic and the time it took to find taxis, we ended up getting there at about 7:28, and even though the plane was still at the gate 20 minutes later we were not allowed to board it.  So we had to come back the next day, which meant we could only spend 1 day in Legazpi to visit Karren and Kevin.  Anyway, this is a small cove on the ocean shore about a 20 minute drive north of Legazpi in Albay province (Al, the Director of Legazpi's Children International affiliate, drove us).  The picture does not do justice to the view...
