| This is the front of the house. Neither the truck nor the car are staying with the house. It has a two car
garage. I can't wait to take down the "For Sale" sign. All of exterior walls are brick from ground to roof except the
front of the house which has siding.

| Here is quick Floor Plan to help give you an idea of where things are in the house. It is not to scale and yes it is a bad picture.

| This is the East side of the house or if you are looking at the front on the right side. Neighbors are kind of
close but that means less yard to mow. There is a fence all the way around the back yard.

| This is the West side of the house or if you are looking at the front on the left side.

| Here is a picture of the back yard. The picture was taken from the back fence. The deck has a built in
bench on the outside. The patio furniture is leaving but we will probably try to find something similar.

| Here is closer view of the front of the house. The shutters covering the windows are actually doors
and if you look close you can see the handles.

| This picture is taken facing the front door but when you come in the front door you enter onto
a wood-"ish" floor with a coat closet on the right (left in the picture) and utility closet and garage door
on left (right in the picture). The foyer branches, to the right to guest bedrooms or the left into the
Greatroom.

| After coming through the foyer you can go to the guest bedrooms. The front bedroom will most likely be the Office
Area. One reason this will probably be the Office is because it has a ceiling fan while the other guest room does not . The
guest bedrooms are a little small so it was kind of hard taking a good picture of the room.

| Another reason I would pick the front bedroom as being the office is becasue I can't see myself working in this
room much because of the purple color on the walls. Jaime on the other hand loves the color. We don't really have any
furniture for this room yet but I am sure it won't be long before we find something for it.

| If you turn the other way, the foyer opens up into the Greatroom. This is a huge room and there will be plenty of room
for the two TVs and Jaime's couch and love seat.

| The dining area and Greatroom are attached but there is plenty of room to seperate the two sets of furniture.
This is good time to mention that all the window treatments are staying with the house. The sliding glass door opens
to the deck.

| Here you go again. From the dining area you can go into the Kitchen or the Master Bedroom.

| The kitchen is an L shape and here is the back end. The sink is the to left of the picture with a sink above the window.
The other end opens into the dining area, which I forgot to take picture of.

| This is a horrible picture and I should have taken more pictures of the Master Bedroom which is huge. The Master Bath
is kind of small but will just have to make it work.

| Just one more picture and this is the garage. A large part of the attic is floored. Also note the the
step up for the work area from the garage floor. The work table is built in and just outside the picture is a set of
shelves that are staying with the house.
